The Kitchen: The custom kitchen is stunning with beautiful cabinets, a granite sink, and marble countertops. The kitchen also features upgraded stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, toaster and many other kitchen essentials.
The Living Room: From the kitchen, you can see the dining area and the living room. The living room is full of big bright beautiful windows with upgraded shutters that let in a lot of natural light. The living room also features an amazing fireplace and futon and queen air mattress for extra sleeping. The living room is where you will find your 420 accessories that are free with your stay which includes, a bong, pipes, papers, grinders and much more.
The Backyard: Hang out in the backyard to enjoy the awesome sunshine that Colorado offers along with a 6 seater patio set, custom benches for additional seating of 6-7, a gas Fire Pit and cornhole.
The Game Room: Walk downstairs into the game room that features a pool table, air hockey table, a foosball table, mini bar, and BowFlex Exercise machine. Also a few board games, playing cards and dice.
Off the main level, you have access to the backyard, the downstairs game room, and the bedrooms upstairs. The main level also has a half bath and laundry room with state of the art washer and dryer, free to use during your stay.
The Bedrooms: Upstairs you will find all three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom is dreamy and grand with double doors that lead to a King Tempur-Pedic Bed and 47in Flat Screen TV with Fire Stick TV. The master bedroom also features private access to the main bath, a separate vanity with mirror and dream custom walk-in closet with pull out racks and lighting.
The sunflower bath is the main bathroom and features the same upgraded vanity in master and downstairs, as well as a lovely shower head and tile.
The Adventure bedroom features two huge windows, a comfy queen bed, a private closet and 32 in Roku Smart TV.
The Golden bedroom features a soft queen bed and Roku Smart TV with a private closet.
We provide extra sheets and linens in the linen closet upstairs in the hallway. The nightlights in the hallways are perfect as they are motion activated to ensure you can see but not wake up the entire house.
Each bedroom has a TV and each TV includes Hulu Live TV. The TV in the living room has Prime Video as well.

MARIJUANA SMOKING IS ALLOWED. This property is 420 friendly. Smoking marijuana is allowed inside and out of the property. You may use the smoking accessories that are provided free for all KushKationers.
NO SMOKING TOBACCO INSIDE THE HOME. No cigarettes, cigars or black and milds. Blunt wraps and vapes are allowed. If you wish to smoke tobacco, you must smoke OUTSIDE. DO NOT litter cigarette butts on the premises. Any butts found will result in a $100 fine.
NO PETS. Pets are not allowed at any location. No exceptions
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Any extra guests or parties are not allowed. Hosting parties will result in immediate termination of your stay.
ABSOLUTELY NO LOCALS. Individuals with Denver addresses will not be permitted to book.
GAME ROOM REGULATIONS. Children should not be left unattended in the game room.
INDOOR FIREPLACE. DO NOT USE. There will be a $500 smoke removal fee if the fireplace is used
Outdoor Fireplace. There is a gas fire pit in the yard that you may use. When you are finished using the fire pit, MAKE SURE you turn off the gas.
