The Kitchen
KushKations is equipped with a state-of-the-art kitchen featuring new appliances galore. Guests only need to provide groceries when arriving for their stay. The fridge has ample space, fresh mountain water, and ice machines ready for drinks. Mix up some of your favorite cocktails with the craft ice cubes from the fridge. The oven features a touch screen panel, rapid heating technology, and a 5 top gas range. Your kitchen comes fully stocked for any chef to entertain at Quivas.
The Living Area: Lounge out on the 7 seater sectional watching the 43’ flat-screen TV. Stream Hulu live while packing one up using the toke table. Turn the TV mount to host dinner parties at the 6 top dining areas. The living area can accommodate anything from your typical smoke session to elaborate dinner parties.
The Bedrooms: The Bedrooms: Quivas features 5 bedrooms. The first floor is 3 bedrooms with 1 king bedroom and 2 queen bedrooms. The bottom floor is 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, while the other bedroom has 4 full-size beds and a futon sleeper. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32’ TV featuring Hulu live tv, an office desk, hangars, and laundry baskets. Privacy is key and guests will feel right at home in their own furnished bedrooms.
The Bathrooms: Quivas features 2 newly remodeled bathrooms with porcelain sinks and granite countertops. Mirrors and lighting are ample throughout, to ensure guests can freshen up. The upstairs bathroom is the largest and features a stunning double vanity with a lit makeup mirror. The sunflower bathroom features a walk-in shower with a waterfall shower head for the utmost luxury. Each bathroom is equipped with a blow dryer, fresh toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, and more.
The Theatre Room: Host guests, kick back, and enjoy the 6-seater luxury recliner theatre room. Guests can stream their favorite games free on Hulu live tv, or log in to their respective streaming services to feel right at home.
The Game Room: Guests can entertain in Quivas with a fully equipped game room featuring a full-size slate POOL table, Air hockey table, Foosball table, 2 player Mini Hoop game, and much more! Your game room also has board games, playing cards, and leads to the hot tub/backyard.
The Hot tub: Quivas features a private enclosed area with a brand new 5 seater HOT TUB. You can unwind under the stars and truly hit the reset button. Morning, night, summer, or wintertime, the hot tub provides year-round relaxation for guests.
The Driveway: Quivas is equipped with a private driveway and ample free parking in front of the house. Guests need not worry about parking when staying at Quivas.
Pets
“Dogs (except for cats) are allowed for a $250 fee per dog. Max of 2 dogs per reservation.
Please let us know when you book if you intend to bring dogs. Dogs are allowed for a $250 fee per dog, max of 2 dogs per reservation. Also, dogs are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be crated when left on the property alone. You will be charged for any damages caused by pets.”

ALL GUESTS MUST BE 21 TO BOOK. If you book a KushKation while under the age of 21, your reservation will result in immediate termination.
MARIJUANA SMOKING IS ALLOWED. This property is 420-friendly. Smoking marijuana is allowed inside and outside of the property. You may use the smoking accessories that are provided free for all KushKationers.
NO SMOKING TOBACCO INSIDE THE HOME. No cigarettes, cigars or black and milds. Blunt wraps and vapes are allowed. If you wish to smoke tobacco, you must smoke OUTSIDE. DO NOT litter cigarette butts on the premises. Any butts found will result in a $100 fine.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Any extra guests or parties are not allowed. Hosting parties will result in the immediate termination of your stay.
ABSOLUTELY NO LOCALS. Individuals with Denver addresses will not be permitted to book.
GAME ROOM REGULATIONS. Children should not be left unattended in the game room.
HOT TUB REGULATIONS. No children should be left in the hot tub unattended. When you are not using the hot tub be sure to keep covered. Shower before using the hot tub.
