When you contact us. Our contact and event forms ask for your name, email, phone number, dates, group size, and whatever else you choose to tell us, so we can answer you properly.

When you book. Bookings and payments run through our booking platform (OwnerRez) and its payment processor. They handle your reservation details and card information under their own privacy and security terms. We do not store full card numbers on this website.

Before check-in. Every stay requires ID verification and a signed rental agreement, so we collect identification and agreement records for the guest booking the home. This is used to confirm you are 21 or older and to hold the reservation, and for nothing else.

While you browse. Basic, non-identifying information about your visit, described under Cookies and analytics below.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as how many people visit, which homes they look at, and which pages they arrive on. It sets cookies in your browser and reports in aggregate. It does not tell us who you are by name.

If you would rather not be counted, you can install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on or block cookies in your browser settings. The site works either way, and it does not affect your ability to book.

Our booking widget is loaded from OwnerRez and may set its own cookies so your reservation works correctly as you move through the steps.

We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it to anyone for their own marketing. We do not share guest lists. What you tell us about your trip stays between you, our team, and the services below that are needed to actually run the booking.

Only the services required to operate: our booking platform and its payment processor, our website host, our email provider, and Google Analytics as described above. Each handles data under its own terms. We also share information when the law requires it.

Inquiries and reservation records are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Identification and rental agreement records are kept only as long as needed for the stay and those same obligations, then disposed of. You can ask us what we hold about you and request that we delete it, apart from anything we are required to keep.

Our homes are rented to adults. The guest making the reservation must be 21 or older, and this site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
