The Mountain View Condo is a 420 Friendly 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home. Convenience is important, and at this location you are only about a 10 minute drive from Downtown Denver, and around 30 minutes from the Denver Airport.
This condo can house up to 8 guests, 6 comfortably. There is natural light, classy hardwood floors and an open layout for hanging out.
The Kitchen: The kitchen has all newly upgraded appliances and provides many essentials you would need including a K-cup coffee machine, a wide variety of seasonings and plenty of dinnerware for a home cooked meal.
The Living Room: The living room has a spacious open layout and a large sectional couch and futon. The living room is also where you can gain access to your private balcony.
The Bathrooms: The condo’s half bath is off of the kitchen/dining area on the main level. The other bathroom is the full bathroom located upstairs near the bedrooms.
The Bedrooms: The two bedrooms are upstairs and there are a total of 3 beds. Two of which are Queen size, and the other which is Full size. Each bedroom has a Smart TV with Hulu Live and Prime TV included and there is a desk and office chair in one of the rooms. There is an additional TWIN-sized bed in the closet if needed.
Other things that will be free and available for all guests to use are Hulu Live TV, Wifi and more!
In close proximity to your condo you will find many Denver attractions like restaurants, shops and bars in walking distance. This is a safe community that you will feel at home in during your KushKation.

ALL GUESTS MUST BE 21 TO BOOK. If you book a KushKation while under the age of 21, your reservation will result in immediate termination.
MARIJUANA SMOKING IS ALLOWED. This property is 420 friendly. Smoking marijuana is allowed inside and out of the property. You may use the smoking accessories that are provided free for all KushKationers.
NO SMOKING TOBACCO INSIDE THE HOME. No cigarettes, cigars or black and milds. Blunt wraps and vapes are allowed. If you wish to smoke tobacco, you must smoke OUTSIDE. DO NOT litter cigarette butts on the premises. Any butts found will result in a $100 fine.
NO PETS. Pets are not allowed at any location. No exceptions. There will be a $500 pet fee for any guest who is found housing a pet.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Any extra guests or parties are not allowed. Hosting parties will result in immediate termination of your stay.
