The Kitchen
KushKations is equipped with an open kitchen layout to host guests during your stay. Guests only need to provide groceries when arriving. The fridge has ample space, and an ice machine ready for drinks. Your kitchen comes fully stocked for any chef to entertain during your KushKation.
The Living Area
Lounge out on the 7 seater sectional watching the games on the 50’ flat-screen TV! Stream Hulu lives while packing one up using the toke table. Turn the TV mount to host game day from either the sectional area or the dining area. The living area can accommodate anything from your typical smoke session to gameday events.
The Bedrooms
KushKations features 6 bedrooms. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms all featuring king-size mattresses. The bottom floor has 1 queen bedroom, 1 king bedroom, and a bedroom featuring 2 twins (twins can be moved together to make a king). Each bedroom is equipped with a 32’ TV featuring Hulu live tv, hangars, and laundry baskets. Privacy is key and guests will feel right at home in their own furnished bedroom.
The Bathrooms: KushKations features 2 bathrooms. Guests can freshen up before they explore Denver in the upstairs or downstairs bathroom. Each comes equipped with a hairdryer, toothbrushes, and toothpaste for guests during their stay.
The Theatre Room: Host guests, kick back, and enjoy the 6 seater luxury recliner theatre room. Guests can stream their favorite games free on Hulu live tv, or log in to their respective streaming services to feel right at home.
The Backyard: KushKations 60th features a private enclosed area with a brand new 6 seater HOT TUB. Guests may also entertain at the dining table located next to the hot tub. Utilize the hot tub to unwind under the stars and truly hit the reset button. Morning, night, summer, or wintertime, the hot tub provides year-round relaxation for guests.
Pets
“Dogs (except for cats) are allowed for a $250 fee per dog. Max of 2 dogs per reservation.
Please let us know when you book if you intend to bring dogs. Dogs are allowed for a $250 fee per dog, max of 2 dogs per reservation. Also, dogs are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be crated when left on the property alone. You will be charged for any damages caused by pets.”

ALL GUESTS MUST BE 21 TO BOOK. If you book a KushKation while under the age of 21, your reservation will result in immediate termination.
MARIJUANA SMOKING IS ALLOWED. This property is 420-friendly. Smoking marijuana is allowed inside and outside of the property. You may use the smoking accessories that are provided free for all KushKationers.
NO SMOKING TOBACCO INSIDE THE HOME. No cigarettes, cigars or black and milds. Blunt wraps and vapes are allowed. If you wish to smoke tobacco, you must smoke OUTSIDE. DO NOT litter cigarette butts on the premises. Any butts found will result in a $100 fine.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Any extra guests or parties are not allowed. Hosting parties will result in the immediate termination of your stay.
ABSOLUTELY NO LOCALS. Individuals with Denver addresses will not be permitted to book.
GAME ROOM REGULATIONS. Children should not be left unattended in the game room.
HOT TUB REGULATIONS. No children should be left in the hot tub unattended. When you are not using the hot tub be sure to keep covered. Shower before using the hot tub.
