The Living Room: The living room has plenty of room to stretch out and chill with friends and family with an oversized sectional couch and additional futon for extra sleeping! Kushkations is proud to offer all the accessories needed to consume the legal Colorado bud including glass pipes, a bong, dab rig, papers, and smokable 420 coffee mugs! These accessories can be found in the living room.
The Bedrooms: The home has 3 floors with 4 spacious bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and the other is on the lower floor, where the theater area is. Each room is furnished with one QUEEN-sized bed and has its own 32IN SMART TV where you can stream HULU LIVE TV. Two of the four bedrooms have a desk and chair, and ALL bedrooms have full-body mirrors.
The Bathrooms: There are two full bathrooms in the home! The marble tile shower walls give a contemporary vibe. One of the bathrooms is located on the upper floor, and the remaining is on the lower floor with the 4th bedroom and theater area. The upstairs bathroom features a tub shower combination with a large vanity and lots of storage. The downstairs bathroom features a walk in shower that has really great water pressure for a steamy and relaxing shower. This bathroom is also where the WASHER/DRYER is located. Miner toiletries included.
The Game Room/Sun Room: You will feel as if you are at an arcade with a fully stocked game room. There are a FOOSBALL and AIR HOCKEY table for those who enjoy a fun match with friends and family, as well as a basketball hoop shoot game! There is also a Pac-Man arcade game that will bring you back to the 80s with its retro style and joystick controller. Board games are also provided. The game room is located in the sunroom where you will experience a lot of natural light brightening the mood as you play!
Pierce Links: Putt Putt pass your competition on our 420 friendly beer pong golf course! Pierce Links will keep your guests entertained throughout your stay.
The Theatre Room: You will find the in-home theater area located on the bottom floor of this home. There are 6 electric brand new luxury reclining theater seats that you can curl up into while you watch one of your favorite movies on the giant 120in the projector. Available with the projector is Hulu Live TV. There is a popcorn machine where you can pop up some warm buttery kernels to give you a nostalgic theater feeling without the crowded atmosphere that you get at a public theater. Elevate your game day plans and watch your favorite NFL, NBA, and NHL teams on the big screen in the theatre!
The Hot Tub: The hot tub is located out back, along with a small patio set for hanging out. There are over 30 jets built into the hot tub, making it a great spot to kick back with a blunt after a fun day of Denver vacationing. The hot tub is equipped with a waterfall and party lights.
The Front Porch: The front porch is a charming spot to hang out for your morning coffee, or to spark up some high-quality Denver bud at the end of your day. The enticing oak deck is equipped with cozy patio furniture. There are two patio tables and 6 very nice patio rocking chairs, a fire pit, and a beautiful stone waterfall.

“Dogs (except for cats) are allowed for a $250 fee per dog. Max of 2 dogs per reservation.

Also, dogs are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be crated when left on the property alone. You will be charged for any damages caused by pets.”

MARIJUANA SMOKING IS ALLOWED. This property is 420-friendly. Smoking marijuana is allowed inside and outside of the property. You may use the smoking accessories that are provided free for all KushKationers.
NO SMOKING TOBACCO INSIDE THE HOME. No cigarettes, cigars or black and milds. Blunt wraps and vapes are allowed. If you wish to smoke tobacco, you must smoke OUTSIDE. DO NOT litter cigarette butts on the premises. Any butts found will result in a $100 fine.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Any extra guests or parties are not allowed. Hosting parties will result in the immediate termination of your stay.
ABSOLUTELY NO LOCALS. Individuals with Denver addresses will not be permitted to book.
GAME ROOM REGULATIONS. Children should not be left unattended in the game room.
HOT TUB REGULATIONS. No children should be left in the hot tub unattended. When you are not using the hot tub be sure to keep covered. Shower before using the hot tub.
