The Kitchen
KushKations Joystick is equipped with an open kitchen layout to host guests during your stay. Guests only need to provide groceries when arriving. The fridge and cabinets have ample space to accommodate your needs, and your kitchen comes fully stocked for any chef to entertain during your KushKation. From cooking utensils to dinnerware, cups, and shot glasses we’ve got the chef covered.
The Video Game Room
KushKations Joystick comes equipped with an up to date modern video game room. Featuring the latest consoles, entertain your guests on Xbox, Nintendo Switch, or PS5. Each console comes equipped with family fun games, or their respective game passes to access many different games on each console. Always come 1st in Mariokart? Prove it. Best Madden player in the house? They all say that. Is Luigi an always win character in MarioParty? Pick him and find out. Kickback and show those kids whose boss.
The Living Area
Lounge out on the 7 seater sectional, or the hanging egg chair while watching the 50’ flat screen TV! Stream Hulu live and entertain your guests on NFL Sunday. The living area can accommodate anything from your typical smoke session to gameday events.
The Bedrooms
KushKations Joystick features 4 bedrooms. The bottom floor has 1 bedroom featuring 2 Queen mattresses. The top floor features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king mattress and an ensuite 3/4 bathroom (stand-up shower). The second bedroom also features a king bed, and the final bedroom features 4 full mattresses on a bunk bed setup. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32’ TV featuring Hulu live tv, hangars, and laundry baskets. Privacy is key and guests will feel right at home in their own furnished bedrooms.
The Bathrooms: KushKations Joystick features 3 bathrooms 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. Guests can freshen up before they explore Denver in either bathroom. Each comes equipped with a hairdryer, bath towels, and hair and body wash for guests during their stay.
The Theatre Room: Host guests, kick back and enjoy the 6 seater luxury recliner theatre room. Guests can stream their favorite games free on Hulu live tv, or log in to their respective streaming services to feel right at home. The theatre room also features a fresh popcorn maker, and a toke counter which contains all your 420 friendly devices to use during your stay. *The Fireplace is non-operational and should not be used under any circumstances*
The Game Room: Guests can entertain in Joystick with a fully equipped game room featuring a full size slate POOL table, Air hockey table, Foosball table, 2 player Mini Hoop game, poker table/set, and a retro arcade game. Whether your guests are into the poker or the pool there is a little something for everyone down in the game room.
The Backyard: KushKations Joystick features a private enclosed backyard with top amenities to entertain your guests. The backyard features an outdoor movie projector, a new 6 seater hot tub, a mini golf course, and a new propane gas grill. Utilize the hottub to unwind under the stars and truly hit the reset button. Morning, night, summer or wintertime, the hot tub provides year round relaxation for guests.
Pets
“Dogs (except for cats) are allowed for a $250 fee per dog. Max of 2 dogs per reservation.
Please let us know when you book if you intend to bring dogs. Dogs are allowed for a $250 fee per dog, max of 2 dogs per reservation. Also, dogs are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be crated when left on the property alone. You will be charged for any damages caused by pets.”

ALL GUESTS MUST BE 21 TO BOOK. If you book a KushKation while under the age of 21, your reservation will result in immediate termination.
MARIJUANA SMOKING IS ALLOWED. This property is 420-friendly. Smoking marijuana is allowed inside and outside of the property. You may use the smoking accessories that are provided free for all KushKationers.
NO SMOKING TOBACCO INSIDE THE HOME. No cigarettes, cigars or black and milds. Blunt wraps and vapes are allowed. If you wish to smoke tobacco, you must smoke OUTSIDE. DO NOT litter cigarette butts on the premises. Any butts found will result in a $100 fine.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Any extra guests or parties are not allowed. Hosting parties will result in the immediate termination of your stay.
ABSOLUTELY NO LOCALS. Individuals with Denver addresses will not be permitted to book.
GAME ROOM REGULATIONS. Children should not be left unattended in the game room.
HOT TUB REGULATIONS. No children should be left in the hot tub unattended. When you are not using the hot tub be sure to keep covered. Shower before using the hot tub.
