The Kitchen
Chronic is equipped with an open kitchen layout to host guests during your stay. The kitchen features a brand new bar top with liquor bottle dispensers and 6 bar stools. Guests only need to provide groceries when arriving. Your kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, and dinnerware. Perfect for any chef to entertain during your KushKation.
The Living Area
Lounge out on the 7 seater sectional, or kick back in the hanging egg chair watching your favorite team on the 50’ flat-screen TV! Stream Hulu live while packing one up using the toke table. Go head to head with your friends on the arcade game featuring Rampage, Mortal Kombat, and many more. The living area can accommodate anything from your typical smoke session to gameday events.
The Bedrooms
KushKations Chronic features 6 bedrooms. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms all featuring king-size mattresses. The bottom floor has 3 bedrooms. 1 king bedroom, 1 bedroom with 4 full-size beds, and 1 bedroom with 2 twin-size mattresses and a futon sleeper. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32’ TV featuring Hulu live tv, an office desk and chair, and hangers + laundry baskets. Privacy is key and guests will feel right at home in their own furnished bedrooms.
The Bathrooms
Chronic features 3 bathrooms. 2 bathrooms are on the top floor, 1 being ensuite with the king bedroom and the other located in the hallway. The last bathroom can be found on the bottom floor. Guests can freshen up before they explore Denver in the upstairs or downstairs bathrooms. Guests can find hairdryers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other accessories located in the bathrooms.
The Theatre Room
Host guests, kick back, and enjoy the 6 seater luxury recliner theatre room. Guests can stream their favorite games free on Hulu live tv, or log in to their respective streaming services to feel right at home. The theatre room also features a POOL table and a fresh popcorn machine.
The Backyard
Chronic features a private enclosed backyard with a brand new 6 seater HOT TUB, a propane gas grill, and a tree hammock. The backyard also features an outdoor movie projector, disc golf, cornhole, and a firepit. Guests can also entertain at the dining table located next to the hot tub. Utilize the hot tub to unwind under the stars and truly hit the reset button. Morning, night, summer, or wintertime, the hot tub provides year-round relaxation for guests.
Pets
“Dogs (except for cats) are allowed for a $250 fee per dog. Max of 2 dogs per reservation.
Please let us know when you book if you intend to bring dogs. Dogs are allowed for a $250 fee per dog, max of 2 dogs per reservation. Also, dogs are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be crated when left on the property alone. You will be charged for any damages caused by pets.”

ALL GUESTS MUST BE 21 TO BOOK. If you book a KushKation while under the age of 21, your reservation will result in immediate termination.
MARIJUANA SMOKING IS ALLOWED. This property is 420-friendly. Smoking marijuana is allowed inside and outside of the property. You may use the smoking accessories that are provided free for all KushKationers.
NO SMOKING TOBACCO INSIDE THE HOME. No cigarettes, cigars or black and milds. Blunt wraps and vapes are allowed. If you wish to smoke tobacco, you must smoke OUTSIDE. DO NOT litter cigarette butts on the premises. Any butts found will result in a $100 fine.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Any extra guests or parties are not allowed. Hosting parties will result in the immediate termination of your stay.
ABSOLUTELY NO LOCALS. Individuals with Denver addresses will not be permitted to book.
GAME ROOM REGULATIONS. Children should not be left unattended in the game room.
HOT TUB REGULATIONS. No children should be left in the hot tub unattended. When you are not using the hot tub be sure to keep covered. Shower before using the hot tub.
