The Kitchen
KushKations HotBox is equipped with an open kitchen layout to host guests during your stay. Guests only need to provide groceries when arriving for their stay. The fridge has ample space, fresh mountain water and ice machines ready for drinks. The oven features a touch screen panel, and a 5 top gas range. Your kitchen comes fully stocked for any chef to entertain at KushKations Hotbox.
The Living Area
Lounge out on 2 comfy futon couches watching the games on 2 50′ flat-screen TV’s! Stream using your favorite streaming services while packing one up using the toke table. Guests can utilize the pool table, air hockey table, or the foosball table to entertain their reservation. Turn the TV mounts to host game day from either the sectional area, or the dining area. The living area can accommodate anything from your typical smoke session to elaborate dinner parties.
The Bedrooms
Hotbox features 4 bedrooms. The first floor is 3 bedrooms with 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, and 1 bedroom featuring 2 twin beds. The bottom floor is 1 queen bedroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32′ TV, hangers and laundry baskets. Privacy is key and guests will feel right at home in their own furnished bedroom.
The Bathrooms: KushKations Hotbox features 2 full bathrooms. Guests can freshen up before they explore Denver in the upstairs or downstairs bathroom. Each comes equipped with a hair dryer, toothbrushes, and toothpaste for guests during their stay.
The Theatre Room: Host guests, kick back and enjoy the 6 seater luxury recliner theatre room. Guests can stream their favorite games free by logging in to their respective streaming services to feel right at home.
The Backyard: Entertain guests with yard games like tug of war, yard chess/checkers, and horseshoes. KushKations Hotbox features a private enclosed area with a 6 seater table section, an adjustable basketball hoop, and a brand new 5 seater HOT TUB and a gas grill. Guests needs to either bring their own propane gas or utilize the Cynch application to place an order. Utilize the hottub to unwind under the stars and truly hit the reset button. Morning, night, summer or wintertime, the hot tub provides year-round relaxation for guests.
Pets
“Dogs (except for cats) are allowed for a $250 fee per dog. Max of 2 dogs per reservation.
Please let us know when you book if you intend to bring dogs. Dogs are allowed for a $250 fee per dog, max of 2 dogs per reservation. Also, dogs are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be crated when left on the property alone. You will be charged for any damages caused by pets.”

ALL GUESTS MUST BE 21 TO BOOK. If you book a KushKation while under the age of 21, your reservation will result in immediate termination.
MARIJUANA SMOKING IS ALLOWED. This property is 420-friendly. Smoking marijuana is allowed inside and outside of the property. You may use the smoking accessories that are provided free for all KushKationers.
NO SMOKING TOBACCO INSIDE THE HOME. No cigarettes, cigars or black and milds. Blunt wraps and vapes are allowed. If you wish to smoke tobacco, you must smoke OUTSIDE. DO NOT litter cigarette butts on the premises. Any butts found will result in a $100 fine.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Any extra guests or parties are not allowed. Hosting parties will result in the immediate termination of your stay.
ABSOLUTELY NO LOCALS. Individuals with Denver addresses will not be permitted to book.
GAME ROOM REGULATIONS. Children should not be left unattended in the game room.
HOT TUB REGULATIONS. No children should be left in the hot tub unattended. When you are not using the hot tub be sure to keep covered. Shower before using the hot tub.
